Charter Counsel is an assemblage of Force Modernization Technical Advisors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the art & science of Lethality / Close-Combat Force Readiness.  We’re staffed with the experts & authorities of lethality development who create the best training & integration programs of modern weapons & equipment.  Our trainer–advisors are veterans of diverse Combat Arms and Special Operations backgrounds, including Special Missions Units, The Ranger Regiment & Special Forces CIFs / CREs, as well as experts in various specialized skill sets.  Our trainer–advisors have been on the forefront of combat applications, are innovators of training / readiness, and have been direct influencers of Force Modernization weapons & equipment development and integration.  Our products & services are derivatives from that experience & education in proven training concepts, tactics, techniques & operating procedures.  It takes forward thinkers to modernize the Army and our innovative SMEs meld their mastery of modernized training & material with current & forthcoming weapons & equipment portfolios to maximize the Lethality of the Close-Combat Force.  As Soldiers for Life, we continue to serve as force multipliers to the Army.  

Providing the best training for Lethality / Force Modernization, we are a substantial Force Multiplier to the Close Combat Force.  Our intent is to support the Readiness & Lethality of the entire Close-Combat Force with programs & products that incorporate our Subject Matter Experts’ experience, expertise and innovation.  Our products were derived from various curricula developed & implemented in the Special Operations community but are very much applicable & relevant to all Close-Combat units.  Our Training programs include in-depth instruction / coaching on Combat Marksmanship from M-17 to Mk-19, from Iron Sights to M-157.  We focus on filling the existing void of the Army's lag in Training & implementation with the technology of the latest weapons & equipment, to include coordination with Garrison / Installation support. 

Mastering tasks from the bottom of our formations is critical:  2/3 of your Assault & Recon Forces are Junior Enlisted.  Lethal Soldiers create killer squads & platoons; killer platoons facilitate effective companies; effective companies produce successful battalions…and on up.  

Charter Counsel develops & produces the best Lethality & Force Modernization products & services that develop individual soldiers’ effectiveness with modern weapons / optics and equipment.  E.g., our copyrighted Zero Targets, from BUIS to PAS-35, are more accurate & Soldier-friendly than current supplies, decreasing ammo & time for zeroing and increasing accuracy-effectiveness with both legacy & the latest weapons & optics.  Even our patented target stands specifically enhance training with the latest Family of Weapon Sights as no others do.  Our Training Support products are critical upgrades to facilitate the best possible training for any unit.  We employ innovative training concepts that develop a more Lethal state of Readiness than the status quo.  We don’t simply perpetuate what you’ve already been doing; that’s the limitations & expectations of legacy training programs.  Modern Equipment must be augmented with superior, modern training.  Through our Training as Service, the Close-Combat Soldier is taught, coached & mentored  in current / modern skills development.  From individual combat marksmanship to critical tactics & skills, our programs & products are specifically developed from our various resources for the modern equipment & battlefield.

Our collective of select professionals & superior products is combined as a centralized source of  pragmatic, innovative and efficient training in critical skills development, conveyable to the whole Close-Combat Force.  Garnering the best of all these resources make us the sole-source provider for Training Modernization and Lethality / Readiness.  Several years of experience from a multitude of professionals, along with direct research & development, provides for our deliverables to maximize the Lethality of the Close-Combat Force.  A unit's internally-conducted training alone cannot enable their full lethality potential as there is no permanent and consistent source of continuity.  We are positioned & prepared to scale up and immediately resolve that as the Army's source & partner for true Lethality.
